Those red rivalry lines are the real tech. When members hate each other, fights happen more often, and fights give you control: execute to rank up, bargain to reposition, interrogate to stall and reshuffle. Use the forgettable members as tools. If Vagan or Elreon ends up as the "loser" you can demote or move around, good—let them be your lever.
