ARC Raiders Riven Tides will be updated on April 28th. Compared to the previous three updates, this one will include more content — a new map, a new large ARC, a new map condition and an Expedition Window.

The new map is a coastal map that includes beaches, docks, submerged ruins, and abandoned resorts. The new areas enrich the diversity of exploration and combat. The resort will be a highlight, combining enclosed indoor spaces with open beaches, offering both melee combat and long-range gunfights, suitable for players skilled in various offensive methods. Here you will encounter unexpected events, which may bring rich rewards or severe challenges. 

ARC Riven Tides update will add new arc boss enemy in . Its attack patterns are currently unknown; players may need to climb onto rooftops or use a grappling hook. It would be easier to deal with if it landed on the ground. As for attack locations, I think densely built-up areas like resorts would offer better cover. However, this also means that the ARC would be more difficult to attack compared to open terrain. It's best to wait until the update to understand the ARC's attack patterns before developing a strategy. There's no doubt that ranged attacks are crucial.  For flying units, the engine and stabilizer are likely key weak points; aim for these areas when attacking. Therefore, suitable ARC Raiders blueprints could be very useful, which will help you defeat the boss and increase your chances of a successful escape.

Based on existing information and the name Riven Tides, it can be inferred that the new map is related to tides, floods, and it is very likely that tides will flood some low-lying areas, such as beaches and ports. Therefore, it is important to plan your route carefully and choose higher ground when evacuating.Perhaps, like Flashpoint, markers will appear on the map to indicate which areas were affected by the tsunami.

A new expedition cycle is about to begin. Previous progress will be reset, and new rewards will be added. The new expedition will have a new registration window,  revised skill points and progress system, and by collecting rewards, raiders will obtain cosmetic items and expanded inventory space.

Riven Tides will be the most important update to Arc Raiders to date, not just in terms of gameplay, but also with the addition of a brand new, large map featuring unique biomes and environmental design. At the same time, the arrival of new ARC will pose a threat and challenge even to veteran raiders.
